Always love the loves. I would have given it five stars but i got my penis stuck in the shower door. I have it when that happens.
While making the sandwich, everything she said was rude and let me know that she did not like having to make my sandwich. Then as she is trying to move the sandwich over to the wrapping paper, she is in such a hurry that she flips a bunch of the ingredients off of it into the floor and just shoves the rest of the sandwich back together and wraps it. It was hard to tell, but I am pretty sure half of my sandwich no longer has cheese or tomatoes. I understand that people have bad days but when you work in a business that deals with the public you should be able to still treat them as human beings. This is the first time I've ever walked away from a restaurant feeling completely worthless because of the way I was treated. I am not someone who normally gives bad reviews. This being Google, you can actually read every review I've ever given by clicking on my name. When you do that you will see how rare it is for me to give a bad review and you'll understand just how bad my experience was at this Subway inside of Love's.
Clean restrooms! Nice place for all travelers to stop at. It has parking for big trucks and showers and diesel for truck drivers. Good prices on most everything in store. Has a McDonald's and a Subway at this location.
Typical Loves, but probably my favorite truck stop chain overall. I have been at this for 30 years, and still prefer the old truck stops that are now a thing of the past. However, in having to embrace modernity, as far as truck stops go, I feel Loves is the most inviting and comforting of the national chains.
Heather, in Subway 8/18/17 2am, could use some customer service training. When I walked up, she was putting items back into the sandwich bar after she had apparently cleaned it. I asked if she was open and her reply was to very rudely say, "Unfortunately." I should have just walked away at that point. I realize that she has side work that has to be completed during her shift, but I was her only customer and at 2 a.m. she is not about to get off and leave.
My family and I stopped here for a quick bathroom break. We also got some food from the McDonald's that's in the location, and the food was fresh. I got a cup of ice, and it was only .35¢. Great service, and I would definitely visit this location again next time I'm in Indiana.
